The JWP Auction is a signature event that takes place annually in the Spring. Each year our auction has a theme and this year’s theme is “Casino Night”. All proceeds directly benefit JWP students and continue to enhance the educational programs at Jackson-Walnut Park Schools.

What are the components of the Auction?

The following are components of the evening’s agenda:

• Premium Board Items (School specific experiences)
• Raffle tickets including a 50/50 Raffle

How can I help?
The auction involves many volunteers to create a fun-filled evening. Volunteers can join the committee and choose to help in a variety of ways from data-entry to solicitations to prior to the event and help during the evening of the event. There are many volunteer opportunities available on campus or in the convenience of your own home. Committee meetings are open for anyone who would like to attend.

Preparing for the event requires a commitment by the entire JWP community. Each year families are very supportive in soliciting and making donations to the live and silent auctions. Items needed include:

• Getaways, entertainment and sporting tickets, gift certificates, sports memorabilia, etc.
• Popular children’s items and special outings.

We ask that parents participate in the event by attending the event and bringing a friend, donating an item, placing an ad in our program book, participating in sponsorship program or all of the above.

This is a fun night and a great way to support JWP Schools. We look forward to your participation!
